How do I book a flight on FaithTrip?
Search your route and dates on the homepage, compare the fares that come back — they are live from the airlines, not a cached list — and pick one. You then enter passenger details exactly as they appear in the passport, pay online, and the booking is confirmed. Everything after that lives in your account under My Bookings.
How can I pay?
Online, through our payment gateway, which accepts credit and debit cards, mobile financial services and internet banking. You are taken to the gateway to enter your details — we never see or store your card number. If a payment does not complete, the booking is not lost; open it from My Bookings and pay again.
When do I get my ticket?
Your e-ticket is issued once the payment is confirmed and appears in My Bookings, where you can download it at any time. A copy is emailed to the address on the booking. If a fare has to be held rather than ticketed immediately, we tell you so on the booking itself rather than leaving you to guess.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes — open the booking in your account and request a change, a void or a refund. What it costs is set by the fare rules of the ticket you bought, not by us, and those rules differ sharply between a cheap promotional fare and a flexible one. We quote you the exact amount before anything is done, and nothing is cancelled until you accept it.
Are the prices on the site the final price?
The fare shown on a search result is what you pay for that flight, all taxes and surcharges included. Anything you add afterwards — extra baggage, a seat, a meal — is priced separately and shown before you pay. There is no charge that appears only at the last step.
Do you process visas as well?
Yes. Each destination on our visa page lists the entry type, how long it takes in working days, how much passport validity the mission wants, and every document you need to bring. Our desk checks the file and lodges it — several destinations, including Singapore and Saudi Umrah, cannot be lodged by a traveller directly at all.
What happens if my visa is refused?
The embassy and visa centre portions of the fee are spent the moment your file is lodged and are not returned, whatever the decision — that is the mission's rule, not ours. Our own service charge is refundable until we have done the work. Each package shows the breakdown so you can see which part is which before you commit.
How do I reach a person?
The hotline number at the top of every page reaches the desk directly, and it is a person, not a menu. You can also write to us from the contact page. If your travel is today or tomorrow, call rather than email.
Can I book a hotel online on this site?
Not yet. Hotels are booked by our desk: you send the city, the dates and roughly what you want to spend, and we come back with real options and firm prices. Online hotel booking is being built — until it is live, this is deliberately a request form and not a checkout, so nothing takes your money for a room that has not been confirmed.
What does the price you quote include?
The room, the nights you asked for, and the taxes and city fees that apply — quoted in taka, as one figure. If breakfast, an airport transfer or an early check-in is included we say so on the quote; if it is extra, we say that too. Nothing is added afterwards.
When do I pay, and what if I change my mind?
Nothing is paid until you have seen the quote and accepted it. Up to that point there is no booking and no obligation. After that, the cancellation terms are the hotel's own and differ between a refundable rate and a cheaper non-refundable one — we tell you which one you are accepting before you pay, never after.
Do I need a visa for the country I am booking a hotel in?
Usually, yes. Where we process that country's visa, the destination card on this page says so and links to the requirements and the working-day range. It is worth starting the visa before the hotel: a hotel booking can be moved, an embassy appointment often cannot.
