How do I book a flight on FaithTrip?
Go to the homepage and enter your departure city, destination, travel date, and number of passengers, then click Search Flights. Browse available options, select your preferred flight, and follow the checkout steps. You will receive your e-ticket via email within minutes.
Can I book a return/round-trip ticket?
Yes! On the search form, select "Round Trip", enter your outbound and return dates, and search. You can also add multi-city flights using the "Multi-City" option.
How do I cancel or change my booking?
Log in to your portal, go to My Bookings, and select the booking you want to modify or cancel. Cancellation and change fees depend on the airline's fare rules. Contact our support team if you need help — we handle it on your behalf.
Is FaithTrip IATA certified?
Yes! FaithTrip holds official IATA accreditation (No. 42344282). This means every ticket we issue meets international airline standards, is fully authentic, and is directly linked to the airline's system.
How do I apply for a visa through FaithTrip?
Visit the Visa page, select your destination country, and choose a visa package. You will see required documents, fees, and processing time. Submit your application online or visit our office in Banani, Dhaka.
How long does visa processing take?
Processing times vary by country. Tourist visas typically take 3–15 working days. Express options are available for some countries. You will receive real-time updates via email and SMS.
What documents are needed for a visa?
Requirements vary by destination. Generally: valid passport (6+ months), passport photos, bank statement, flight booking, hotel confirmation, and travel insurance. Our visa page lists specific requirements per country.
How does the FaithTrip Wallet work?
Your FaithTrip Wallet is a digital balance you can use to pay for flights, tours, and shop products. Load it via bank transfer, mobile banking (bKash, Nagad), or gift cards. Earn FaithTrip Coins on every booking and redeem them for discounts.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, major debit/credit cards, and FaithTrip Wallet balance. All payments are secured with SSL encryption.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are processed per the airline/service provider's policy. Submit a refund request via your portal or contact our support team. Refunds typically take 7–21 working days depending on payment method and airline.

How do I create a FaithTrip account?
Click "Sign In" on the top right, then select "Create Account". Enter your name, email, and phone number, set a password, and verify your email. Your portal gives you access to bookings, wallet, coins, and order history.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
Click "Sign In", then "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email and you will receive a reset link within minutes. If you do not see it, check your spam folder.
