Generally Required Documents

Additional documents may be required depending on visa type.

Bank Statement, last 6 months
Bank-stamped, plus a solvency certificate. Missions look at the closing balance and at whether the account has been used, not only at the total.
Completed Visa Application Form
Signed by the applicant. We prepare and check it for you before anything is lodged.
Confirmed Return Ticket & Hotel Booking
A confirmed itinerary and where you will stay. A host invitation letter is accepted in place of a hotel booking where the mission allows it.
National ID or Birth Certificate
A copy. Required by some missions for identity, and for a minor travelling with one parent.
Passport-size Photographs
Recent, taken within the last six months, white background. Most missions ask for two; some specify a size, and the visa desk will tell you which applies to your destination.
Proof of Occupation
Trade licence for a business owner, an employer NOC and salary certificate for an employee, or a student ID and school letter. Whichever applies to you.
Travel Insurance
Compulsory for some destinations and optional for others. The package card says when it is required, and the fee breakdown shows it separately when we arrange it.
Valid Passport
Original, signed, with at least six months validity from your date of travel and two blank pages. A passport shorter than that is refused at the counter and the fee is not returned.

How Your Application Works

1
Pick your destination

Choose the country and visa type. The card lists the entry type, the turnaround and every document the mission asks for, so you know what you are committing to before you start.

2
Send us your documents

Apply online and upload your passport, photographs and supporting papers. Our visa team checks them against the mission's checklist and tells you what is missing before anything is lodged.

3
We lodge the file

We submit to the embassy, visa centre or e-visa portal and book your biometrics appointment where one is required. Several of these destinations cannot be lodged by a traveller directly.

4
Collect your visa

We track the file and tell you the moment there is a decision. Your passport comes back to you with the visa, or with the mission's reason if it is refused.

Visa Questions, Answered

Why do some packages say “Fee on request” instead of a price?
Because a fee we have not checked is a promise nobody made. Embassy and visa centre charges are revised without notice and differ between missions, so we publish a figure only where it has been confirmed — and when we do, the date it was last checked is printed beside it. For anything else, the visa desk quotes you the exact amount before you pay anything.
How long does a visa take?
Each package shows the mission's normal working-day range, and the express range where a faster route exists. Working days exclude weekends and both countries' public holidays, and the clock starts when the file is lodged — not when you apply. Appointment availability, not processing, is usually what sets the real timeline.
What happens to my money if the visa is refused?
The embassy and visa centre portions are spent the moment your file is lodged and are not refundable whatever the decision — that is the mission's rule, not ours. Our own service charge is refundable until we have done the work. The fee breakdown on each package shows which part is which.
Can I apply myself instead?
For most destinations, yes. Some cannot be lodged by a traveller at all: Singapore requires an authorised local agent, and a Saudi Umrah file must go through an approved operator. Those packages are marked “Agent-lodged only” on the card.
Do I need to give you my passport?
For an e-visa, no — a clear scan is enough. Where the mission issues a sticker visa or takes biometrics, the original passport has to be submitted; we tell you which applies before you send anything, and we return it with the decision.
My passport expires in four months. Is that a problem?
Almost certainly. Every mission here asks for at least six months of validity from your date of travel, and most want two blank pages. Each package prints its own requirement. Renew first — a file lodged on a short passport is refused and the fee is gone.
Does a visa guarantee I will be let in?
No. A visa is permission to travel to the border; the immigration officer at arrival makes the final decision. Carry your return ticket, hotel booking and enough funds — the same papers you applied with.
